Kiosk Technician - Fargo, ND - Part Time

Consumer Connected Services (CCS) a Division of The Hillman Group has an opening for a Part Time, Kiosk Technician in the Greater Fargo ND Market area.

Job Description:

The Consumer Connected Services Kiosk Technician is the primary contact with our customer locations. In this role, the Kiosk Tech re-stocks kiosks, orders product, cleans, does preventative maintenance and responds to service and repair dispatches as needed. This position will be responsible to cover an established route, (of appx. 20-30 machines), once every 4-6 weeks. Typically, this takes about one to two hours per machine (including drive time) on avg. Avg hours per week commitment of 15-20 hours. The schedule for routine service calls (re-stocking and cleaning) is flexible within the week with some basic work schedule parameters. Saturday service is sometimes required as we are a retail service company. The kiosk tech is required to give an ETA on any unscheduled service calls within 4 hours, and an on-site visit within 24 hours.

Compensation:

You will begin your career with Hillman CCS with a starting rate of $17.00 per plus a hour, plus a mileage allowance for use of your personal vehicle. Room for continued business growth is expected. You will also receive a, company gas card, and a cell phone allowance. Your territory would cover approximately a 120 miles radius centered in the Fargo ND metro market area.

Education / Experience/Requirements:

-High school Diploma, GED, associate degree or equivalent required

-Background in equipment repair and maintenance is required

-Prior experience in retail, merchandising, field operations or customer service

-Computer literacy, including office productivity applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.

-Ability to represent MinuteKEY/Hillman professionally at all times.

-Ability to lift 25- 50 lbs.; can bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

-Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license

-Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance

-MVR, drug screen and background checks are required
