Apartment Complex Maintenance Tech (Willow Apartments in Duncan, OK)

We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech who is looking for long term stable employment to perform Apartment Maintenance on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare apartments for new residents work including painting, clean, drywall repairs, replace broken blinds, etc

Additionally, perform general maintenance and repairs for all 40 apartments including

light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, replace thermostats, etc.

Also, light plumbing maintenance such as clearing stoppages, repair or replace toilet flush/fill valves, replace fittings, flooring repairs, etc.

You MUST own your own car or truck to obtain supplies from local hardware stores.

You must have the ability to multi-task in a busy, time-sensitive environment.

Grounds keeping work includes cutting lawn, trimming bushes, keep parking lot clean, etc.

You must have a cell phone to take occasional emergency maintenance calls after hours and weekends.

Full-time job40 hours per week. Pay commensurate with your experience.
