Seeking to Hire Leasing Consultants (N Council Rd)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Agent to assist us with marketing and leasing properties. The Leasing Agent will ensure properties are maintained effectively, market properties and screen prospective tenants. The candidate can earn bonus of up to $2000 if you are able to rent 25 apartments per month

Qualifications:

Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English

Must have at least 2 years of leasing experience

Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Strong people skills.
