We are owner management company seeking an energetic, professional and reliable Property Manager for 64 units. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and result oriented. This position will oversee all business related activities at a property.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
Must be proactive in filling vacancy units
Proven work as Property Manager with at least 3 years experience supervising multiple apartment complexes from 100 units to 450 units
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
Skill in time management
Ability to work well with others
Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills
