The client would like to integrate Twilio into their website so that customers can interact easier/quicker than having to always go to the helpdesk or in-store.To help with use and integration, the client needs a BA/QA resource that can help gather and document requirements and then testing based on the requirements.
Required Experience: Experience with Twilio integration (or similiar tool) experience with voice to text, chatbot, SMS, etc projects5+ years of BA experience gathering requirementsWorking in .Net/API/webservices environment not developing but understanding5+ years of QA experience preferably associated with BA projects that they have done.
