The Security Handyman is looking for a full-time office specialist. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and friendly. You will assist the owners with the day to day general office duties including answering telephone calls, bookkeeping and filing, ordering office supplies, organizing & maintaining client files, and special projects as needed.
Candidate must have Quick Books Desktop knowledge. Experience in a small business setting is preferred.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hour lunch break.
This is salaried position with health benefits after 90 days and vacation and paid time off after 6 months.
