Assistant Manager, Apartment Community

Benchmark Management is seeking applicants for the position of assistant manager at our Springfield, Ohio apartment community.

Responsibilities include assisting the Manager to effectively manage the property. Section 8/HUD experience is highly preferred. General office experience, computer skills, and organizational qualities required.
