- Manage complex, long term solution sales from prospecting through closing
- Develop Budgetary / ROM quotes and final proposals for delivery to customers and prospects
- Coordinate with sales support, operations, finance and administration personnel to execute responsibilities
- Effective pipeline management via metrics with a focus on forecast accuracy
- Create RFP responses
- Interface with partners in support of new business development
- Attend regional and national industry events as required
- 10+ years' experience direct wireless sales and/or solutions selling (or potentially something else if relevant)
- Healthcare Industry, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Hospital, and other large venue sales experience required
- Understanding of CBRS/DAS/5G, Networking and Wireless LAN technologies would be a nice to have
- Experience in managing the FULL sales cycle process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to communication effectively with C level executives
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC preferred)
- Very skilled with negotiating and objection handling
- Must be able to work individually as well as with a team (collaborative)
- Proven record of meeting and/or exceeding KPI's/goals
- Ability to travel up to 75%
