IT Infrastructure, Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for Global Consumer Device Company

- Interface with other IT teams within the company that own the networks and data storage services.
- Kick off new factories coming up or scale infrastructures in the factories.
- Manage applications that run on the servers and provide services to the factories.
- Evaluate the capacity demand and BOMs to purchase to accommodate: quotes, CapEx funding, issuing POs and tracking POs
- Cross-functional communication: working with vendors on delivery dates, working with internal teams and factories to drive installing equipment / bring up the services.
- Waterfall-based tracking for shipments & deliverables.
- Coordinating with counterparts in China.
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with infrastructure service and support
- Experience with software development processes (Agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.)
- Experience with BOMs, quotes, capex funding, issuing/tracking POs, work w/ vendors on delivery dates.
- Organizational and presentation skills, Analytical and acute attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative & critical thinking skills
- Previous Operations Management experience is a plus.
- Working with China factories is a plus.
