Job DescriptionAgile Program ManagerUtah (Remote Hybrid)6-month contract to hire$72.00 to $77.00Salary Expectation $140k to $150 kJob DescriptionOur client that is in the financial space is looking for an Agile Program Manager that is an expert in Agile/Lean development principles. They will design and implement agile framework across our clients organization and will conduct planning and executes application development projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. This Individual creates release plans, performs release plan reviews, gathers business and technical leadership release approvals, and will coach teams on agile fundamentals and will help with implementation. They will be communicating with Stakeholders and Vendors, so communication is key.Required Skills

  • 8 years of Agile Project/Program management or related experience
  • Experience leading Agile initiatives
  • Agile certified-( Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE 5.0), Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Technical Background (QA, BA and Software development )
Education/ Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
