Healthy minds foundation in search of persons with general knowledge of community and/or social service resources and programs such as Communicating the benefits of mental health and rehabilitation services to individuals with Medicaid. So they can access resources such as housing, education, employment, medication, therapy, social security benefits and others. He/she should also have a great personality with ability to communicate effectively,establish and maintain effective working relationships,ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and the ability to work in all whether conditions as well as excessive standing and/or walking. Also looking for a street team those who can walk up and down the street passing out flyers for each referral we get from a street team member you will be paid
