DescriptionOfficeTeam is actively working with a number of companies to source detail-focused Human Resources Generalists to support HR related activities, policies, processes and procedures.Please submit your resume in Word format to roxanne.rosen@officeteam.comThe HR Generalist will typically be responsible for: Coordinate and perform a variety of duties related to employee benefits including, but not limited to, health, disability, 401k and leaves of absence Coordinate open enrollment and answer questions related to benefit options and changes Perform administrative duties including responding to questions related to policies, procedures, benefits and other HR related inquiries Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, & departments Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff Gather data, reports, and materials upon requestRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experienceMust possess strong communication (written and verbal), consultation and relationship management skills.Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and ethical practices.Working knowledge of industry standard HRIS systems preferredHighly-proficient with the use of Microsoft MS Office and Presentation skillsHighly-proficient with Google suiteMust be detailed-oriented and results driven with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.OfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
