- Providing day-to-day support to identify and document requirements starting with business process mapping
- Conducting a comprehensive evaluation to understand and document the variation of process and current operational status across the state to provide a baseline for further analysis
- Developing a Baseline Completion Report with key observations and compilation of information gathering including briefings for executives or other staff to confirm inputs are correctly interpreted and clarify any observations
- Develop and execute a detailed action plan for each change that requires change management and implementation work to prepare stakeholders for the future to-be state which is critical to minimizing transition challenges
- Implementation Action Plan outlining the approach for implementation of the approved process
