TREKKING COMPANY - TRIP COORDINATOR

THE JOB - We are seeking an adventure minded person as Trip Coordinator in our Incline Village office. You should be outgoing, energetic, highly organized, adaptable, skilled at prioritizing tasks, and extremely detail oriented, as your primary task will be planning the trip details for our clients. Your phone and email communications skills must be excellent, and you should be ready to commit to the position for 3 years.

OUR COMPANY - Tusker Trail is an early pioneer in Adventure Travel and has been running overseas treks and expeditions for over 46 years. The owner, Eddie Frank, founded the company in 1977 and leads many of our treks. We specialize in Mount Kilimanjaro climbs in Tanzania. We also run treks in Mongolia, Nepal, Greenland, Bhutan and run Solar Eclipse-chasing trips around the planet.

Our Incline Village office coordinates all our trips. We have a very relaxed and fun working environment just a few blocks from the lake, with a great team spirit in the office.

Salary is $23/hour based on a 40-hr week, 52 weeks per year. Reviewed after first 6 months.

6 paid days to be used as sick or personal days per year.

4 Powder Days during winter.

After your first 12 months, you will have accrued 10 paid vacation days to be used in the following 12 months.
