Lobo Construction LLC, dba ABC Roofing is a local Reno, family owned and operated company. We are looking for a Full-Time office manager to join our company Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answering phones and emails from customers and taking care of their needs or directing them to proper staff.

Typing construction proposals, pulling necessary permits, and following up with clients or contractors.

Keep the office clean and safe.

Maintain up to date, OSHA safety program for our crews.

Monitor office supplies and product samples and make orders when required.

Oversee roofing schedule with project manager.

Reporting office progress to owner and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, accept instructions and handle client contracts, among other tasks.

Organization, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to manage challenges.

Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change.

Great customer service, outgoing personality, and high capacity to sell jobs.
