Summary:

The position is responsible for coordinating and managing the product engineering and technical development of projects, including custom product orders and projects that are in the Product Development phase.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Manage design and development of a variety of product lines.

-Coordinate effective product release and update processes.

-Facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs.

-Provide project schedules and resource requirements.

-Develop product specifications for new products.

-Review, evaluate, and implement engineering changes and specification requirements.

Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

-Experience managing product development from conception to production.

-3 years of experience Engineering experience.

-2 years of experience with SolidWorks.

Preferred Experience:

-Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles.

-Familiar with programming CNC machines.

-Experience designing and developing aluminum boats.
