Medical Customer Service Representative

DescriptionA major healthcare organization in the Cypress area is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. As the Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be helping route all incoming calls, answering member's questions regarding benefits questions and verifying insurance coverage. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior customer service experience within the healthcare industry and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time position that will be remote, work from home until further notice.
