- Daily coordination of automation tasks with the Automation engineers with focus on mobile web and backend systems
- Assisting in the design and evolution of the company's QA automation process
- Planning, creating, documenting and executing automation test cases
- Identifying and communicating risk and risk mitigation strategies
- Setting and meeting schedule estimates, timelines, and milestones and managing stakeholder expectations
- Reproducing client-reported issues
- Working closely with in-house and offsite teams regarding issue analysis
- Lead automation code reviews
- Help identify areas lacking automation coverage
- Experience testing and supporting the implementation and continued maintenance of NetSuite based business solutions
- Experience with the following NetSuite Modules: Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management
- An ability to understand complex systems architecture and QA fits in to the overall strategy.
- Exposure to NetSuite integrations to 3rd party applications and APIs
- Dell Boomi integration experience a plus
- Experience testing e-commerce websites
- Experience implementing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with automation using Javascript
- Excellent organizational skills regarding ticket tracking & documentation
- Familiar with managing assigned tasks in JIRA (ticket creation, Kanban style board) or similar application
- Familiar with GIT commands and code repositories (CodeCommit and/or GitHub)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Wide knowledge of automation principles, processes and standard
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Must be able to investigate an issue, isolate its probable cause, and provide reliable steps for reproducing the issue
