Training Assistant

Are you process-oriented with an eye for detail? Join Epic as a Training Assistant and you'll help customers and Epic employees demonstrate their knowledge beyond the classroom. You'll interact with trainers, customers, and other Epic staff as you care for our various training programs. You'll answer questions from our community members over the phone and via email, become an expert in our learning management system, and support training by maintaining our database of trainees. Successful candidates will be self-starters who enjoy working with data and interacting with others.

Requirements:

-Knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Adobe products and an Associate's degree are helpful, but not required

-A high school diploma and history of academic success are a must

-Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI

-COVID-19 vaccination
