Draftsperson - or architect- for "As-Built" plans

40 x 40 (1,600 sq ft) structure with bathroom and septic "As Built" now we need plans to submit for county of Kauai permit.

Plenty of photos can be provided but an on site visit is very wise.

Survey of the lot is available.

Prior knowledge of the normal County of Kauai requirements will also be very useful.
