Technical person to assist a very busy insurance office (Essential Business)

This position starts part-time, but is a long-term and full-time opportunity.

(estimate approximately 15-25 hours weekly to start)

You're not expected to be highly experienced in all the activities below, but you will need a basic understanding of fundamentals. If you aren't functional with a particular skill, it's OK, just let me know.

1. Ability to clear high level Security Clearance (Required)

2. Android phones

3. PC

4. GDrive

5. Dropbox

6. GoldMine CRM (it’s not likely you are familiar with this program)

7. Excel / spreadsheet

8. Experience with posting on social media for small businesses and some website management.

9. Excellent writing and speaking skills

10. Basic Graphic design experience

11. Basic Video editing

12. Marketing knowledge

13. Be reachable by text, email or phone and respond reasonably quick

14. Ability to patiently coach, teach & assist - keeping everyone on task

15. Be disciplined, reliable, trust-worthy and have good time management skills

You will be in charge of troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, email, data sync and various apps, phones and software installations, etc You will manage graphics, media accounts and training agents with tech issues; using new software, etc keep everything running smoothly and communicating/support; also assist with marketing projects, recruiting and additional tasks, as fitting.
