- Technical Program Manager
- 10 years of hands-on technical experience with either software development, infrastructure delivery or data analytics domain.
- 2 years of experience with Cloud computing delivering enterprise-scale systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the software development team.
- Experienced with definition of a program change management plan, identification of training needs across the organization.
- 5 years of experience in a technical program manager role, managing stakeholders, developing program charter, defining program scope, risk and mitigation plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects and deliver results.
- Comfortable with prioritization of multiple ongoing efforts.
- Conduct scrum ceremonies for the development team, responsible for collaboration between scrum teams (meta-scrum, scrum of scrum), identification and removal of impediments.
- Work across boundaries to deliver results, partner with OCIO, Vendor Management, Procurement, Legal and other departments
- Ability to develop executive dashboards, program update newsletters and status emails.
- Cloud experience- AWS is highly preferred but Manager should be good either with Google cloud (Google Cloud Platform) or Azure.
- PowerBI
- Excel
- Education in Computer science or engineering field.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- AWS Solution Architect certification
- PMP, ProSci certified
- Automotive industry experience and exposure to manufacturing, dealer management systems or product quality domains.
- Experience with low code software development platforms such as Mendix or PowerApps
- Required skills:
- Cloud experience- AWS is highly preferred but Manager should be good either with Google cloud (Google Cloud Platform) or Azure.
