RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in San Francisco, CA is looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager for their customer design experience team. This team handles everything from 3D/product visualization, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), to product realization. Project Overview:The Product Management within Design Experience drives a best-in-class customer experience across the user journey, connecting across ecommerce and store technology. The focus includes features for room inspiration and visualization, interior design, product selection, and purchase.Responsibilities: The Senior/Lead Product Manager will serve as the Product manager for rollout of the Design Experience capabilities to the Global platform including shop the room, design chat, room planner, design services, appointments etc. Identify and help address process and technology opportunities in the Outward 3D asset creation workflow for company brands Support Outward-driven Product Visualization roadmap - including View in Room Augmented Reality and 3D Spin As a Senior/Lead Product Manager, you will explore innovation opportunities to improve the design chat experience bringing in contextualization (which page its being launched on), opportunities for self-serve, etc.REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of core product management experience (working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with development teams) Experience working within an ecommerce environment, supporting projects related to customer facing application experience Retail ecommerce experience is a plus Strong stakeholder management & working with engineering teams, etc. Strong ecommerce background Experience in the retail space is a plusNice to Have: Experience with products related to 3D/product visualization, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), product realization Building an expert understanding of the furniture retail customer experience Ability to derive insights from analytics and customer behavior, form vision for innovative features, and build support among stakeholders Experience developing and delivering against product roadmaps Creativity and collaboration with multiple teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
