Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service (Pewaukee)

Jilly's Car Wash is looking for Wash Attendants to join our Pewaukee location. Wash attendants are responsible for performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility.

Specifically looking for morning shifts hours: Monday thru Friday 6:30am-2:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment.

Guide and greet cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.

Ensure that all customers receive their free supplies.

Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash.

Prep each car properly following correct company procedures.

Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.

Perform miscellaneous cleaning requirements as directed by your supervisor.

Some cash register experience is a plus.

Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and to the car wash.
