Overview The Sr Group Manager, Tech Product Mgmt. for Integration will lead a team focused on enhancing the Pershing Integration experience for clients and developers, acting as an advocate for and driving the delivery of industry-leading integration solutions.

You will:
  • Have product ownership of major NetXServices client-facing activities and Integrations product lifecycle;
  • Create the product strategy roadmap, and be responsible for internal and external communication plans, product marketing, messaging content, and adoption efforts;
  • Develop and build relationships with key clients, internal SMEs, business partners, and vendors;
  • Lead and participate in key elements of product delivery, including program-level budgeting and strategy decisions;
  • Be a champion of Integrations, promoting new features to clients, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously enhancing our clients- holistic experience at BNY Mellon-s Pershing.
  • Work with FinTechs and Clients to build seamlessly integrated user journeys for end investors, advisors and operations

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and provide guidance on product development and marketing processes for multiple relatively complex, high impact/high profile global products, APIs, Components, and other integration elements
  • Drive the team to develop market-leading tools and processes with client experience at the forefront.
  • Create and share the Pershing Integration Strategy including existing capabilities, competitive analysis, and short- and long-term roadmap and budget.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide products and solutions that address client needs.
  • Work closely with vendor partners, participate in vendor review committee meetings, and make recommendations based on your analyses
  • Provide prioritization and guidance to cross-functional teams including Development, Tech Writing, Communications, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in APIs, API Store, Components and Integrations, and provide guidance on product competitors, consumer trends, and market status.
  • Serve as a point of contact and resource for clients, internal and external.
  • Collaborate with many teams across the firm to drive toward achievement strategic as well as tactical goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and executive management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor-s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 12 years- experience in technology, digital products is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, decision making, problem solving, and influencing skills are required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required
  • Experience in business-to-business technology integrations and exposure to Fintechs/Startups is preferred
  • Technical/Engineering expertise around APIs and solution development using APIs is a must
  • Experience understanding client feedback and needs; drawing insight, finding innovative solutions, and articulating them to others to support execution is preferred
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamically changing environment is preferred
  • Prior Product Development and Management experience is preferred
  • Broker-dealer or RIA experience is a plus
