- BS/BA in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+years of overall Project Management experience
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications technologies
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Project or other project tracking/management software
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks/projects and budgets simultaneously
- Provide direction to the overall deployment, implementation, and delivery of projects
- Assist in the development for project Statements Of Work (SOW) and Request For Offer (RFO) packages
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, limitations, and goals for each individual project
- Participate in the review of bid packages to ensure project goals are included
- Track each project task to ensure that no delays and interruptions jeopardize timely completion
- Document project schedules and status updates
- Provide project summary reports to the management team
- Work with other business areas to ensure that each project is managed through the various workflows minimizing any delays
- Act as liaison and provide communication with IT field staff, internal customers, external vendors to ensure all parties are current on work schedules and project timelines are followed
- Actively identify, track, and ensure the resolution of issues and the removal of barriers to successful project completion
