We leverage Craft CMS for a majority of our projects so knowledge of back-end frameworks like Laravel or Yii are a huge plus. In addition to progressive front-end technologies, we also expect you to have a strong grasp on writing semantic and accessible HTML and CSS or SASS. We use Cube CSS methodology along with BEM.More important than specific technical skills though is that you're a strong problem solver who loves to learn we're not experts in everything and we don't expect you to be either.
