Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Customer Service Rep/Engagement Specialists with CSR experience in Frederick, Maryland. Please review the requirements below and apply if you feel you fit the description . This is a temp to hire opportunity for day shifts.

DUTIES:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to understand, speak, read and write English clearly and correctly.

Demonstrates good listening and comprehension skills

Able to perform basic math and spelling functions.

Demonstrates basic knowledge of retrieving information via the Internet.

Qualifications:

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates a positive attitude.

Able to adapt to changing circumstances and rules quickly and accurately.

Able to accommodate changes in schedule or job requirements in a successful manner.

Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.

Demonstrates professional, courteous, and respectful phone etiquette.

Able and willing to report to work on time and to work assigned shifts.

Reports to work as assigned and plan any absences well in advance, when able.

1st shift with multiple start times available

Multiple schedule options available but must be available weekends

Must be vaccinated for Covid 19
