Title: SharePoint Developer/Designer Mandatory skills: SharePoint, website design, web services,extranet site, site templates, text, graphics, videos, animations, visual impact,SharePoint documentation, SharePoint instructions,subject matter expertise, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform,Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, InfoPath forms,architecture, Agile delivery, customer requirements,business intelligence, content management, confirmation management,code solutions, information architecture, navigation architecture, UX, DX Description:SharePoint/Web Design SupportThe client is seeking support to design and develop page and site templates in support of its web services and knowledge management priorities.Our primary focus is on developing reusable/scalable template(s) that will help us expand our capabilities for delivering information/knowledge to the organization.The focus is being placed on configuration over development to minimize ongoing maintenance.The site pages should be built with modern functionality and designed with a clean, modern, and appealing user-friendly look with an attractive mix of text, graphics, videos, animations, and more for visual impact.The Contractor shall:Follow Board IT standards or industry best practice, as directedServe as a SharePoint Designer/Developer/Administrator for SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 On-Prem sites, pages, lists, and librariesCreate and/or update SharePoint documentation and/or instructionsDevelop Technology Services new extranet siteDevelop an intranet and/or extranet site for the Planning, Governance, and Innovation (PGI) vertical within Technology ServicesREQUIREMENTS:In addition, the candidate shall have demonstrated experience in the following:Strong experience with modern SharePoint and website design best practices and techniques.Ability to design our site templates using both SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online (SPO).Must have strong collaboration skills to effectively dialogue with project stakeholders and customers on requirements and to provide recommendations.RESPONSIBILITIES:The responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following:Demonstrates subject matter expertise in SharePoint 2019 (on-prem) and SharePoint Online (cloud) environmentDemonstrates subject matter expertise working with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power BI,Power Apps, Power Automate/flow, Dynamics 365), Forms / Planner, and ShareGateDemonstrates subject matter expertise with migration of content, workflows, forms fromSharePoint on-prem and Shared Drives to SharePoint online, Power platform and Dynamics 365.Demonstrates subject matter expertise of SharePoint designer workflows, InfoPath forms, custom lists and Master pages.Creates technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommends architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements.Mentors and trains other technical team members.Works on an Agile delivery team, utilizing best practices to support customer requirements.Consults with clients to develop pages, sites, lists, libraries, applications, etc. on the SharePoint (online and on-prem) platform to deliver business intelligence, collaboration, knowledge management, and content management capabilities.Writes and/or modifies code as needed.Develop low code/no code solutions, leveraging SharePoint, using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and/or Power Automate.Maintains and supports existing SharePoint sites (online and on-prem) by responding to issues related to site administration, security, performance, and other technical issuesAssists functional teams on optimal use of SharePoint, associated tools/modules through training, coaching, and documentation.Ensure sites and site collections are configured in compliance with local policies and configuration standards.Ensure sites and site collections are configured in compliance with local policies and configuration standardsConsults with clients to develop standards and governance related to information architecture, navigation architecture, UX/DX, content management, and confirmation managementSupports web content managers in the use of, e.g. web part pages, web part configuration, built-in lists and document libraries, custom lists and libraries, InfoPath forms, workflows, etc.Analyzes existing sites, pages, lists, libraries, etc. to determine an approach and implementation plan for reorganizing, redesigning, restructuring, and enhancing existing SharePoint presence (online and on-prem) VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
