Job Number: R0140306 Data Engineer, LeadKey Role:Apply broad understanding of the principles of computer and information science to build data pipelines using Python and PySpark. Import and sync to various data sources, clean and standardize data elements, fix data quality issues. Collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for clients, data scientists and business analysts to interpret. Use code authoring tools in designated platform to make data accessible so that organizations can use it to evaluate and optimize policy . Build processes for users and data owners to interact with their data in platform, using a variety of te chn ologies including Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Develop innovative solutions to complex data-driven problems and operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentors or supervises employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Python
  • 1+ years of experience with leading and developing teams
  • Experience with data integration and management
  • Knowledge of PySpark
  • Knowledge of fundamental principles of programming or web development
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public T rus t or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with version control systems, including GIT
  • Experience with working in a public health setting
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes
  • Master's degree
