Technical Writer - Construction

Location: Marietta, GA Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Ten years of professional-level technical writing experience is required; experience in developing and creating technical project specifications for new construction and rehabilitation projects in accordance with the Construction Specifications Institutes' guidelines is preferred.
• Highly effective planning, verbal, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
• Advanced skills in personal computer applications required.
• Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer is preferred; licensure may be in any state, but a Georgia license is preferred. Professional Membership in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) is required. CSI certification as a "Contract Document"
