Home Health RN/LPN (Hampton Falls, NH)

RNs and LPNs needed for several shifts in a private home, to provide exemplary nursing and personal care for a ventilator dependent, quadriplegic woman.

Duties include:

- Daily ADLs

- Total assistance with all correspondence and communication

- Light household chores

- Transportation for all appointments and leisure requests

Home has a small hypoallergenic dog.

Positions available: Days (RNs/LPNs) and overnights (RNs/LPNs)

Day shift hours are 8am to 4pm, during which a RN/LPN works alongside a LNA.

Overnight shift hours are 4pm until 8am. From 10pm until 7am the RN/LPN is to be in the home, but may sleep in the private caregiver's bedroom. Linens are provided. This adds an additional $140 stipend per night. Hourly rate not in effect from 10pm to 7am.

RN/LPN shifts currently available: Days (Monday through Friday/Saturday and Sunday) and Nights (4 nights per week, alternating).

NH license (RN/LPN) required. Resume and references required. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Starting Rates:

RN: $45/hr

LPN: $35/hr
