Site Work Estimator/Project Manager (La Plata)

Sandy Excavating is now hiring a Site Work Estimator/Project Manager. An ideal candidate would have the ability to perform complete site work estimates using computer estimating software, read and understand site plans, knowledge in using CAD software in conjunction with survey equipment, create 3D models for use in site verification, create and review project schedules using critical path method, compile submittal packages for project approval, review contracts, create subcontract agreements and create job proposals using MS Word and MS Excel. Other duties may include soliciting subcontractor and supplier pricing as well as reviewing, verifying and purchasing supplier items as contracted. Experience with wide format printing and scanning a plus.
