SALES PERSON WANTED (WORCESTER)

General Summary:

In need of a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage client prospects by Performing and documenting results of morning and afternoon leads. On as needed basis, responsible for rotation and cleanliness of vehicle inventory. Along with duties including but not limited to, inspecting possible trade-ins,(tires, batteries, fluids, frame/rust/flood damage, interior and exterior functionality overall condition of vehicle with possible re-sale value.)

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute standardized work

Fully capable to execute PNS/credit apps

Comfortable with online communications (Customers/insurance agents)

Inspect all vehicles not limited to (shine cars/tires/rotation of inventory)

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Continuously improve through feedback

Invest in communication building and relations with retail customers

Chase after high rated reviews in all areas of sales and service

Inspect, test, and deliver thorough interior and exterior functionality of accessories and equipment

Present an appealing approachable environment for customers

Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with standards

Maintain, and clean front office

Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Complete duties as assigned by Leads and Managers

Job Specifications:

Dress to impress (appreciate your individuality in own wardrobe, come looking clean/sharp)

Complete all training hands-on as required by position,

Capability of taking photos of new inventory and post online

Read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records

Required to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Lift objects that weigh as much as 50lbs

Speak and listen effectively in dealing with customers/associates, both in person and over the phone

Working Conditions:

Indoor and outdoor environment; may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions.

Requires walking or standing for an extended period of time.

Wears clothing (acquired through company) at all times working in the store.
