This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change. Your Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager - Compact Utility Tractor (CUT) Implement and Attachment for Global Compact Utility Tractors located in Augusta, GA, Cary, NC, or Quad Cities you will support the identification of job focused customer needs and explore market demand for transformational CUT implement and attachment projects that will deliver greater customer value. In addition, you will:
Lead the validation of the holistic solution design that meets the value creation from Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP) 1.0.
Owns ECAP 2.0 PDP processes as well as lead collaboration with ECAP 3.0 team, for all John Deere branded products associated with the CUT tractor portfolio (excluding loaders).
Support specific Partnered Product programs that require fundamental ECAP 2.0 processes to ensure customer value is delivered.
Collaborates with order fulfillment to support kit and attachment process improvement.
Provides field team support and participates in key marketing activities (photoshoots, benchmarking against competitive solutions, training development collaboration, dealer visits, etc.) to ensure understanding of products, impacted customer jobs, and value of our solutions.Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position. 2 or more years' experience working in marketing or with dealers and customers
2 or more years' experience working with cross-functional, global teams
2 or more years managing multiple projects with proven ability to successfully execute program deliverables
1-2 years’ experience with Model Order Code Index, Marketing Order Code Information (MOCI) program execution
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time What Makes You Stand Out:
1-3 years’ experience working in ECAP and Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) processes
John Deere factory experience as it relates to the Product Delivery Process (PDP) process
Experience with order fulfillment processes including Product Code Index (PCI), base code and option code relationships
Strong understanding of Compact Utility Tractor customer base and the jobs as it relates to the implement and attachment portfolio
Experience with name and numbering process Education:
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
