Job Description:The Senior Project Manager is part of the Global Technology Chief Operating Office (COO) team that drives consistent, end-to-end unified business processes across Global Technology including workforce management and workforce distribution. The organization is also responsible for the management of key Global Technology programs. The Workforce Management, Product Management and Analytics Team is responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of the Global Technology location strategy and provides routine space solutions to our partners in a manner that ensures the most effective and efficient utilization of resources. As part of this team, the Senior Project Manager/Product Manager will be responsible for the management of the location and space management application that has significant impact on how Global Technology manages space. The Senior Project Manager will guide the technology teams through the vision, roadmaps and user scenarios and will work daily with platform users, stakeholders and engineers to build a world class platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and vision for the location and space management application, including feature prioritization, seamless integration with other workforce platforms, and the development of its supporting analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Continuously build and prioritize the product backlog based on the changing landscape of stakeholder needs and enterprise risk appetite
  • Form relationships, collaborate, and learn from stakeholders about their challenges in adopting the existing product and tooling while working to close gaps in existing offerings
  • Drive the team to deliver on user stories that represent valuable solutions for stakeholders, decrease risk or increase stability
  • Influence executive leadership to continue to drive transformation in their areas and take advantage of features that benefit their teams and the enterprise in delivering quality products
Required Skills
  • Experience running large programs with strong process design, project management and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Operates effectively in a matrixed organization with proven ability to navigate and influence at all levels in the organization
  • Strong strategic thought leader with interpersonal skills, executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated business acumen with ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Knowledge of the Global Technology organization
  • Knowledge and experience with risk control programs
  • SharePoint design and development to build internal sites, plus on-going site management
  • PMP Certified
  • Six Sigma certifications
