Senior Lead Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce enterprise banking client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager.Duties include, but are not limited to: Senior Lead Project Manager will be leading efforts across Data Center, Application Migration, and both Public and Private Cloud Leading large Data Build Programs, Site Exits, or Application Migrations Leading the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement Delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment As a Senior Lead Project Manager, you will be providing vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts Engaging with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritizationThis role is for employment with Kforce. Subcontracting is not permitted.REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education In depth experience in the Technical Delivery and Financial Management needed End to end enterprise project management experience Experience supporting Agile projects End to end project management Cloud migration oversite (public and private) Infrastructure oversiteKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
