INDIST ##LI-ISTCompany Overview:Product Manager for Workflow/ Claims / BPA is a hands-on role to oversee and manage the business process automation of various Life Insurance business processes including Life & Annuity Claims processes. Responsibilities Responsible for architect, design and implementation of various standardized Life Insurance processes. Responsible for architect, design services that ensures the fulfillment of Life insurance claims Should have knowledge of leading trends and best practices in Life Insurance Business Process Automation and Claims. Will work with key stakeholders, business partners, IT counterparts and the Enterprise Architects function to define requirements, Identify optimized implementation models for various clients. Should understand how a Rules based system functions and how various business processes of Life Insurance business process are implemented. Should be able to compare the products to competitor's products in order to assess impact of the product in the market Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests on product's capabilities and roadmaps Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers Skills / Experience Experience as Product Manager is mandatory in a Life Insurance product development organization . Willing to learn and utilize modern technologies and architectures. Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. Ability of authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members. Ability to work with Operations team, Business users and Technical teams to support the business.
