Engineering Project Lead

We are looking for a collaborative and results-orientated Project Leader with an Engineering background.You will be working with people across the organization (sales, management, IT, engineering…) with the primary responsibility of delivering new product introduction projects from initial scoping through implementation utilizing a stage gate methodology.Responsibilities

• Committed to meeting project delivery and customer expectations
• Scope development and management
• Schedule and milestone development and management
• Resource estimation
• Product cost development and management
• Budget development and management
• Risk and opportunity identification and management
• Coordinate and lead internal cross functional meetings, directly the work in all phases of assigned projects
• Proactively recognize and drive complex trade-offs
• Monitor and help project team members to meet commitments
• Metric and status reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience

• Certified Associated in Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
