Our team helps the whole organization improve their digital literacy and adopt our best of breed technology platforms and tools. We help enable people to work from "anywhere" efficiently and seamlessly.We need you! Our ideal candidate has around five years of professional experience as analyst or a project manager. They possess a natural intellectual curiosity, and are fascinated to watch how the world redefines "remote work" post pandemic, and adopts new tools to enable it (social platforms, Cloud, MS Teams). You are self-directed, and can work independently but also want a supportive team and manager that that can help when you need it, and assist in helping you reach your full potential and career goals. You are also detailed oriented with a project manager "DNA" and strong ability to stay on task, and deliver a quality work product. If so, read on!Essential Responsibilities:
- Employ project management skills to lead the implementation of resources and processes to support program initiatives
- Research, analyze, and recommend tools and applications to satisfy our employee needs
- Provide project and process management within the team including communications management
- Partner with Information Security analysts to manage applications and tools through the security review process
- Prepare and present clear and graphically sound project materials for a diverse audience of stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with local and System colleagues in support of business operations
- Compose and edit correspondence with very high standards for grammar, spelling, and document formatting
- Produce training materials and guides and host training sessions on effective use of new tools and technologies
- Document and maintain operational and management procedures
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Computer science, Management information systems or comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically require s five or more years of experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows, Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams and a variety of collaboration tools and web conferencing platforms
- Analytical proficiency and ability to translate findings using visual elements such as graphs and tables
- Strong ability to quickly learn and master multiple business specific applications
- Strong interpersonal communications skills and relationship management experience
- Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural "EQ" with ability to navigate between different communication styles and disciplines
