Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or science preferred.
  • Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) mastery is essential for this role.
  • The right candidate must be effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner.
  • They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally.
  • They must be curious and determined to find solutions and answers, even when they aren't obvious or readily available.
  • They will also be organized, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptive.
  • This position also requires a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize.

Project Description:
  • The Center for Innovations and Medical Excellence is looking for an Administrative Associate to join a fast-growing team within the Client's US Medical Affairs Oncology division.
  • Primarily supporting the Head of Centers for Innovations and Medical Excellence (CIME) the Administrative Associate will also be responsible for working with other members of the team as needed.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as preparing agendas for meetings, taking minute notes, and making sure items are distributed to appropriate members.
  • Organize and maintain TEAMS and SHAREPOINT file structures.
  • Performing minor accounting duties, including opening purchase orders, tracking purchase orders and scopes of work for projects within the CIME and ensuring invoices are paid on-time.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Managing the head's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Collaborating with other departmental administrative assistants to organize larger division wide meetings as needed.
