HR Assistant

Elite Parking is hiring a Human Resources Assistant. This is a full time, entry level position.

What you'll be doing (in part):

- supporting the HR team

- regularly checking phone messages and follow up on calls

- helping with scheduling appointments and maintaining records

- answer incoming calls

- greeting customers and employees

You are:

- an excellent communicator; able to work and communicate well with all levels of employees

- a self starter with superb customer service skills

- dependable, reliable, organized and able to maintain confidentiality

- flexible and willing to assist and support with special projects as needed

- able to take direction well and work within a team environment

- a high school graduate (or equivalent)

- previous HR experience a plus
