Bartenders and Food Runners Needed (Canandaigua, NY)

BBC is a large National Special Event Beverage Catering & Concession Company based in California. Founded in San Francisco in 1991, we have since expanded to locations across the United States from New Jersey, New York, Minnesota, Philadelphia, Florida, San Diego Los Angeles and Indio California. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, passionate about their abilities to join our team.

Our venue at New York Kitchen, in Canandaigua, NY, is searching for Bartenders and Food Runners who are familiar with various service styles and are capable of delivering quality customer service. Daytime availability is a MUST!

Requirements:

· Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each Guest

· Keep service area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department

· Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age

· Events staff must be willing to work behind the bar, serve a seated meal or cocktail reception, serve guests at food stations, bus tables, and assist with set up and breakdown of events.

· Cafe staff must be willing to work behind the bar, run food, bus tables, reconcile daily cash drawers and account for any discrepancies.

Personal Requirements:

Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Walk and stand for 8 or more hours a day

Over 18 years of age
