Dispatch position in which customer service, clerical, and general office skills will contribute to greater office

efficiency and productivity.

REQUIRED

Typing speed 40WPM

Microsoft word, Excel,

Ability to multi-task under pressure

Focus on customer satisfaction

Meticulous attention to detail

Represent Morton's Towing professionally and provide high quality work and care.

Dispatch drivers to emergency and roadside assistance calls, while answering multi-phone lines.

Handle customer issues using required information regarding laws, correct costs, as well as required methods

and procedures per management.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Pay based on experience

You must have reliable transportation

Must pass a back ground check
