$500 SIGN-ON BONUS Full-Time Direct Care Positions Available Immediately!

Duties Include; cooking, cleaning, assisting residents with independent living skills, and transporting residents for appointments and community activities.

The Crawford House, LLC operates three adult foster care homes in southwest Rochester. We serve high-functioning adults ages 18-65 who are dealing with some form of cognitive impairment. Our staff is experienced in helping individuals dealing with mental health, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and/or autism. We don’t perform any ADL’s (We don’t bath, toilet, transfer, feed, or dress them) so the job is easy on your back! The three foster homes are close together and in Southwest Rochester. Great location! The residents are very independent and most of them love to go into the community on a daily basis. Each one of them have goals that they are working on in different areas of their lives and we are there to help support them!

We have both male & female residents so you must be comfortable working with both sexes.

Pay rate starts at $14 to $16 per hour, as experience is considered. We also offer paid time off and mileage reimbursement.

We are currently seeking 2 full time employees (32- 40 hours a week). Weekday shifts are 2pm-10pm and e/o weekend 8a-4pm or 2p - 10pm . Every other weekend is a requirement.

We are offering a $500 sign on bonus after training and 120 days of independent employment.

Other Requirements You must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license and car insurance and have use of a car during your entire shift in order to transport residents. Applicants must pass a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Once trained, you should be able to work effectively under limited supervision.
