HireArt is looking for a Talent Assistant with a people-first mentality to manage our all-important candidate experience, from project management to scheduling phone/video calls to handling onsite/virtual interviews.As a Talent Assistant, you will:Communicate professionally with our clients, candidates, and coworkers while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Work closely with our sourcing and recruiting team to improve upon existing processes and programs.Coordinate candidate interviews with internal and external stakeholders.Conduct candidate calls including check-ins, updates, and interviewsChampion our values and philosophy to potential candidates.Conduct employment-related research and assist recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.Provide support and coordination on recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks, ideally as an Executive Assistant or have worked in recruitingHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficientlyA team player—you're willing to help out wherever needed, eager to learn and grow with a positive, happy attitudeCommitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract-to-hire position staffed via HireArt.
