We are looking for an experienced Personal assistant to our CEO. The successful candidate will be professional, well organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.

This is a fantastic role for a detail-oriented individual who is adaptable in any setting, with the ability to work well under pressure, while managing the executive's personal & professional life in the office as well as on the road.

Typical Duties:

Oversee project budgets and finances.

Maintain a schedule of all meetings, projects, and activities in the CEO's schedule.

Book travel arrangements.

Prepare agendas for meetings.

Occasional running of errands, e.g. dry cleaning, returning packages, delivering scripts

Ensure that all projects are on schedule.

Manage emails in CEO's inbox.

Manage CEO's calendar.

Manage correspondence in CEO's inbox.

Assist with the calendar and inbox management, as well as assist with heavy travel arrangements and transportation logistics along with handling personal errands, etc.

The schedule for the Personal assistant will generally be Monday through Friday, however, will include weekend hours occasionally, depending on the needs of the CEO.
