We are a construction company in Grove City looking to hire an office administrator whose duties will include but are not limited to:

Handling accounts payable & accounts receivable

Processing weekly company payroll

Handling taxes and quarterly reports

Answering incoming calls and providing customer service

Creating and maintaining project folders and data

Processing and maintaining project costs

Billing and collections of past due accounts

Working with our accountants by providing required information

We would prefer the applicant to possess the following:

Customer service skills

Multi-tasking

Organization skills

Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel

Background in the construction industry
