Senior

Mobile Automation Engineer who has strong skills and experience of mobile test automation. The candidate must be able to work well with a team in a variety of roles to produce high quality results. Job Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, especially on Mobile and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
  • Understanding to develop automated scripts.
  • Work with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
  • Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.
  • Work cross functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment.
  • Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.

Job Skills/Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information technology, or an equivalent degree.
  • Should have minimum

    8+

    years of experience in Mobile application testing and development.
  • Experience and skills in automating Mobile app tests, using

    Appium, Cucumber, or other market-leading tools.
  • Should have experience with scripting/programming languages like

    HTML and

    JAVA, etc.
  • Must have a vast knowledge of Mobile Operating systems including

    Android and IOS.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies using

    JIRA.
  • Must have vast experience of using

    Appium.
  • Strong skill in developing automated Test scripts using

    Selenium.
  • Strong experience in version control systems like

    Git.
  • Hands-on experience in using

    .Net framework.
  • Must have expertise on API testing using

    SOAP UI and

    Postman.
  • Should have a strong understanding of TDD and BDD approaches.
  • Must have a hands-on experience of

    C#, and

    Xamarin.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with small, cross functional and off-shore teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to look at existing test suites and quickly revamp it to suit industry standards
  • Effective leadership and collaboration inside and beyond the team.
  • Leadership experience of testing and professional software development processes, in an agile environment.
