- MFA Support (DUO Mobile, MS Authenticator, RSA SecurID)
- Hardware Troubleshooting and replacements (Broken Headsets, PC overheating)
- Scan to NAS Support (multifunction printer, QNAP)
- Workstation or mobile device preparation and deployments (NUCs, iPhone, Laptops)
- Inventory control and documentation (Remote users equipment sign-out)
- New employee onboard/Ex-employee offboarding (HR requests)
- Business Operations request:
- Relocate non IT items (desks, chairs, cabinets, etc )
- Provision workstations (run cables, deploy or lift and move desktop hardware)
- Facilitate the user rotations upon request
- Network Operations / Monitoring and support
- Capacity monitoring (mailboxes, filesystems, share drives)
- Transfer RC calls from FTP to long term SFC storage
- Patch Management (windows desktop and server updates, software updates)
- Prepare report for monthly Patch Tuesday updates
- Repair Hardware when needed (Laptops, Desktops, Surfaces, Phones)
- IT inventory (life cycle management)
- Manage drive encryption (BitLocker)
- Hardware organization (cabinets, test bench)
- Hardware disposal (end of life, damaged)

- 5+ years
- Required troubleshooting skillset and relevant equipment used by SFC
- Desktop & laptop hardware support (Intel NUC desktops and Microsoft Surface devices)
- Office 365, particularly Outlook and Teams
- GlobalProtect VPN Client and connectivity issues
- Internet Browser issues, particularly Chrome and Edge
- VOIP phones, including softphones (RingCentral)
- Printing, locally attached and network multifunction
- Citrix VDI, Truist or Future SFC connections
- Active Directory, Password Reset
- Thick client connectivity issue, (Nortridge Loan System connection
